My preference is to engage in long term regular support of clients to achieve the best results.  I recommend clients commit to a set time of once a week, fortnight, or month. This helps build trust, safety and connection and requires commitment and courage to your healing from myself and you so that we can go deep in your trauma recovery and healing journey. How we use your time is up to you and I will aim to support you to work on any goals or issues you bring to our sessions. I strive to create a space that promotes safety and courage. I ask that you are open and honest so that we can work together to help integrate and heal parts of your past and work towards a brighter future for you.
