My preference is to engage in long term psychotherapy to achieve the best results.  I recommend clients commit to a set time of once a week, fortnight, or month. How we use your time is up to you and I will aim to support you to work on any goals or issues you bring to our sessions. I strive to create a space that promotes safety and courage.
