Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC)

As a Māori/Indigenous/person of colour, I am aware how much my ethnicity has influenced my life, how I see myself and how others perceive me.  I believe in creating safe places for people to express their experiences of racism and “othering” and providing support and education for those seeking to release themselves from rigid, judgmental, and oppressive thoughts and behaviours that may cause harm to themselves and/or others.   I offer support for people who identify as BIPOC and also those who are wishing to relinquish any oppressive thoughts and behaviours they may have towards BIPOC people.
